How Do We Work
01. Consultation
All architectural projects start with the idea. We believe that communication is key to ensure that the end of the result is up to the standard and satisfaction of clients expect. We will discuss the project detail, the client needs, suitable and preferable style, also the budget.
02. Site Visit
This is an important part because site visits allow for an authentic and accurate experience of the space. Physical factors such as time of the day, temperature, and human traffic are affected to our perception of a space or building, but the effects of these never be conveyed sufficiently through mere two-dimensional drawings. Through visiting on-site we can experience these factors at work and get an accurate understanding of the space. (This step is currently available in Malang area only)
03. Visioning and Designing Concept
Provides an efficient way to show how the design responds to the opportunities and constraints of the site, neighborhood, and Design Brief. Planning is the foundation of a successful projects.
04. Schematic Design
After selecting the concept from the best responses of the client and location, the Schematic Design is developed which refines the initial concept.
05. Developed and Detailed Design
In the detailed design, all materials, systems, finishes, and construction methods are specified. With this additional level of detail, you can assess these specifications and the overall design against the Design Brief and Vision Statement, and fine-tune the design even more to meet your objectives.
06. Engage to the Development Team
The process described in this stage should help you to choose a builder that constructs the building and delivers the quality of building outlined in your Design Brief. Currently, you will have established measurable objectives in terms of quality, time and cost. Engaging a builder who has good understanding and has a demonstrated ability to work within timeframes and budgets will bring an impact to overall cost and time during complete your project.
07. Build and Supervision (Optional)
Ensuring the construction process is consistent with what is drawn is essential for the project to be completed successfully. Maintaining consistency between what is drawn and what is built is the only way to ensure your overall vision is achieved.
